The key difference between hypnosis and other stop smoking methods is that hypnosis addresses the psychological addiction to smoking.  This mental addiction can be much stronger than physical addiction.  When both components are addressed appropriately it is possible to become a nonsmoker without experiencing the typical unpleasant withdrawal symptoms.

Our smoking cessation program is personalized to meet individual needs.   We spend the first session gathering information about your smoking history and your personal reasons for wanting to stop smoking.  Also included is a detailed explanation of how and why hypnosis works.

The following stop smoking session includes relaxing hypnotherapy techniques, positive affirmations and helpful suggestions. At the end you will be given a CD recording of your session to keep so that you can continue to reinforce the suggestions in your own time.

On-going telephone support is offered after the sessions are completed to help make the transition to nonsmoker as effortless as possible.
